Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a physical – spiritual practice, part of traditional Chinese medicine.

It is based on slow movements from directing and feeling the chi itself to generate a fluidity in body, mind and spirit.

With the classes you develop your sensitivity to the subtle energies, you recover the balance, the coordination and the lightness in your movements, and you begin to flow in the life.

Hours: Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. And 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
