Thai Yoga Massage

The Thai Yoga Massage is for passive yoga, which acts by stretching, toning and strengthening muscles through work on energetic lines or channels known in Thailand as Sen.

The joints and bone structure benefit from this massage that also improves blood circulation, regulates the nervous system and releases accumulated tensions at the physical and energetic level through different techniques. It is for those who practice it, a meditation in movement.

In this training you will learn the basic elements to enter into the art of Thai Massage. The different techniques of touch, the postures for the practice and different movements within specific sequences will be studied.
